Description: Wellness Suites were designed to meet the evolving needs of sophisticated and aging baby boomers as well as those in their senior years wishing to preserve their home equity while still being able to live in a luxury home that allows them to live well, yet, at the same time, gracefully age in place.

The entrance and circulation spaces of the wellness suites calm and delight the senses as you are washed in natural light, hear the sound of moving water and see natural wood as an accent throughout the space. Echowood veneer is tied in throughout this space being used as wall panelling and bespoke cabinetry in the library. The wood provides a sense of calm as the natural tone ties into the soft palette. The lobby features an interesting quarter turn detail to have the wood grain run on a diagonal to create a more dynamic focal point highlighting the reception desk and entrance to the library, while emphasizing the double height of the entrance space. The consistent straight grain of echowood veneers allows this type of detail to shine. The warmth and softness of the wood adds to the biophilic nature of the space while it creates a cocoon like warmth in the library which is clad in the veneer throughout.
