EGGER products were used to create a stylish interior for Canada’s largest chain of bookstores.

Today, books are mainly bought online. That is why visiting a bookstore needed to become something special – this was the thinking of the managers at Indigo, the largest book retailer in Canada, and therefore the requirement for the design firm Burdifilek. They designed a cultural shop for book lovers on approximately 30,000 sq.ft. of the Indigo branch in CF Sherway Gardens, Toronto.

EGGER’s discreet wood reproduction, H3760 White Cape Elm, with the synchronised pore surface ST29 Feelwood Ambiance, creates a shop design that ensures customers have an enjoyable experience while shopping. For their design of the Indigo branch in CF Sherway Gardens, Burdifilek is recognized at the 2017 Retail Design Institute International Store Design Awards.
